Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on all products purchased through E3 Legacy Solutions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@e3legacysolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Allow an additional 2–3 days for your bank to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened consumable products (such as Better ZZZs sleep support) and items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for return.

X39 Phototherapy Products

X39 and other LifeWave products are purchased directly from LifeWave through our affiliate link. Returns on LifeWave products are governed by LifeWave's own return policy, not this one.
